Gath גַּת  is a Wine (grape) Press: Hebrew for where you press grapes to make wine.  The reason wine is crushed underfoot is because if it is pressed or ground up with stone, the seed breaks and makes the vintage bitter.  It immediately turns sour.

“Semane” ‎‎‎מִשׁחִי Olive Oil: The ‎word for “my oil” in Hebrew. (Not Aramaic word as some incorrectly claim.  Aramaic word for "my oil" is mischee).

Combine the Hebrew words understanding they are a Greek phonetic pronunciation and you see a Hebrew compound word in Greek meaning “the trampling of my oil.”  We Pray “anoint me Lord” and God begins to mix the ingredients.  He presses, he crushes he cuts, he bleeds.  We flee  (Christian Hedonism)
